Mrs.Galusha Wirithamulla - Attorney-at-Law
LL.B (Hons.) (Colombo), M.A. in International Relations (Colombo)
Galusha Wirithamulla obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with Honours from the University of Colombo in 2012 and subsequently took oaths as an Attorney-at-Law. She is also the recipient of the Walter & Judith Pinto Memorial Gold Medal and Scholarship in Public International Law for the year 2011. She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from University of Colombo. During her time as an undergraduate she represented the University in many international debating and moot competitions, including the advanced rounds of the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Competition. She has also been awarded the best researcher prize at the 5th Henry Dunant Memorial Regional Moot Court Competition.
Galusha has research interests in public law and public policy including in the areas of Constitutional Law, Public International Law and International Relations. She has previously worked at United Nations Development Programme in the projects supporting democratic governance and parliamentary development in Sri Lanka.
